THE BRIEF:

Renovate an existing, out-dated building to provide a new headquarters, including a ‘community lab’ co-working space.

OUR APPROACH:

We engaged early in the project after purchase of the site and worked closely with the client to explore a wide variety of planning options. This helped them work through how they would operate in the new space and explore the opportunities that a new working space would offer.

RESULTS:
