Select were engaged to unlock the full potential and value of the underutilised portion of the site. The Club wished to best utilise their asset to
generate an ongoing positive revenue stream for the benefit of their members.
Select were able to nullify the challenging terrain and the surrounding road network & infrastructure to seamlessly integrate two highly visible retail tenancies. This design initiative delivered exactly the site Super Retail Group had been searching for in the region, for many years. The Club were delighted with Select’s ability to partner with local consultants, the local Council and Club Members to enable the delivery of the project in a timely manner.
