Built in the 1950s as a wool store, Steampacket House is in a prime Geelong waterfront location within the Deakin University precinct. The building is evolving into a series of modern and professional office spaces. Select Architects has completed several projects including the rehabilitation of the existing façade and carparking as well as access upgrades.
The final vision is to retain and upgrade the existing building for mixed use development while protecting the building’s heritage and the local amenity.
