Select Architects were engaged to renovate an existing, outdated office building to provide a new headquarters, including a ‘community lab’ co-working space.
Select were engaged early in the project prior to the purchase of the site and worked closely with the client to explore a wide variety of planning options. This helped the client work through how they would operate in the new space and explore the opportunities that a new working space would offer them. The project acts as a “community lab” and is open for use by the various external community groups.
