Select Architects were asked to develop the preliminary design into a world class shopping centre and community hub for people to work, shop and play.
A long awaited expanded Shopping Centre for Bannockburn and surrounds, this development has been keenly sought by the local community. This complex retail development extended over multiple titles and existing infrastructure with numerous stakeholders, authorities and tenancy requirements with a 20+ Project Team.
The project required specialised skills in the art of place making, retail customer experience and establishing a community hub and centre.
First stages of the development were completed in 2023.
