A new Retail site in north regional Victoria, this building was part of a larger commercial development to serve the increasing population of the area.
Our task was to deliver the cornerstone site of the development, offering a strong presence to the adjacent road to draw customers into the precinct.
This store was one of the final G5 ALDI Generic stores in Victoria.
The project was required to be delivered within a very short timeframe following ALDI’s purchase of the site. Thanks to Select Architects’ deep understanding of ALDI’s requirements, strong relationships with consultants and the builder, and an efficient delivery process, the project was successfully expedited.
As a result, the store was completed two weeks ahead of the scheduled Practical Completion date, with the final variations resulting in an overall credit to ALDI Stores. ALDI expressed high satisfaction with both the quality of the store and the speed of delivery.
