Select Architects provided a full architectural service for the fit-out of a new ALDI supermarket within an existing base-build shell, from design development through to contract administration and defects management.
The project included landlord and base-builder coordination, building permit procurement, and the delivery of all internal finishes, fixtures, joinery, amenities and services. Working with Becon Constructions as both the base builder and fit-out contractor streamlined coordination and contributed to an efficient project delivery.
Select Architects worked closely with ALDI and Becon Constructions to deliver a seamless fit-out within an existing base-build shell. Through proactive coordination, timely resolution of RFIs and clear construction documentation, the project team maintained momentum throughout delivery.
The completed store features a light-filled shopfront and was successfully delivered on time and within budget, achieving a strong outcome for both the client and project stakeholders.
