This was a new build Generic Store, part of the new Kingston Village Shopping Centre Development on Grubb Road, Ocean Grove.
We have worked closely with ALDI, initially to provide sketch designs and feasibility reports, we then coordinated and produced the Tender and Contract Documentation, managed the Tender process and finally administer the Contract on site.
Select Architects collaborated with the Developer, Local Council, other Architects and Builders, to ensure that a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved was achieved. We assisted with defining the planning permit requirements and resolving elements with Council and worked closely with the traffic engineer to ensure the ALDI truck path, to the store and within the car park was suitable.
The project was a great success with wonderful reviews from the Ocean Grove Community.
