Located in one of Melbourne’s rapidly expanding suburbs, this retail building forms part of a broader commercial precinct designed to meet the needs of the area’s growing population.
Our role was to deliver the anchor site of the precinct, creating a strong visual presence along the highway to attract customers into the development.
This store was also the first full line G6 ALDI Generic store in Victoria.
The project commenced with a comprehensive feasibility study and report, including detailed cost planning, to ensure the overall development was commercially viable for ALDI Stores. Select Architects provided full architectural services throughout all stages of the project—Documentation, Construction, and the Defects Liability Period—coordinating all consultants and external stakeholders to deliver a successful outcome.
The store achieved strong customer turnout on its Grand Opening day and has continued to perform well since. Building on this success, Select Architects has been engaged by ALDI to deliver an additional G6 store in Victoria in 2026.
