Nearly 6 months since its grand opening, it was great to be back at ALDI Ramlegh Springs and see the store thriving and full of happy customers.
While it was great to see how the gardens have established. the primary purpose of our visit was to undertake the Defects Liability Period (DLP) review.
Aside from a few minor items needing a fix up or our problem-solving skills, we think it’s looking fantastic.
DLP reviews are a critical part of the delivery process – identifying any defects or items that have emerged through day-to-day operation and ensuring they are properly resolved.
For us, it’s not just about closing out a project, but about standing behind our work and making sure the building performs as intended long after handover.
