Lot 11A is progressing strongly, with civil stormwater and inground plumbing well underway, inground electricals beginning in the carpark, and external footings, internal beams and pad footings all poured. The below-slab insitu lift-shaft walls are now complete.
Over on Lot E, El Jannah has reached a major milestone with structural steel installation completed, carpark subgrade preparation progressing, and civil stormwater works now commencing. At Starbucks, stud walls and trusses are up, structural blockwork is advancing, stormwater works are complete, hydraulic and electrical carpark inground services are finished, and structural steel works have wrapped.
For the F&B building, hydraulic and electrical inground services across the building footprint are well underway.
