Work is underway on a long-awaited expanded shopping centre for Bannockburn and surrounds.
Select Architects was engaged to develop the preliminary design into a world-class shopping centre and community hub for people to work, shop and play.
Scheduled for completion in 2023, the expansion has been keenly sought by the local community.
The project requires specialised skills in the art of place making, retail customer experience and establishing a community hub and centre.
A 20-plus Project Team is involved in delivering this complex retail development which involves multiple titles and existing infrastructure, numerous stakeholders, authorities and tenancy requirements,
