The challenge was to design two high quality residences offering the convenience of apartment living, with the size, privacy and flexibility of an executive home – all while capturing stunning bay views from a landlocked site.
Because the property is surrounded on all four sides by other properties, there were many constraints to deal with.
In the early stages we undertook extensive site analysis and tested multiple design options, using 3D modelling software in conjunction with drone footage of the surrounds and view corridors.
