The brand new office interior fit out of an existing premises in Geelong’s CBD was designed to accommodate 21 staff including four executive offices, a reception centre, staff amenities and three meeting rooms. The eleven week program involved demolition of the existing space, interior design, procedure supplies and coordination and procure of all contractors to complete the project to the Architect’s design.
Moore Stephens was to replicate the Melbourne office interiors on a smaller scale, whilst ensuring brand was consistent throughout the property in the way of design and styling.
The budget and cost plan were developed concurrently, with regular forecast costs communicated to the client for approval. The design was tailored to suit the Moore Stephen’s budget without compromising the outcome quality.
