Country Club Villages provides retirement living apartment and recreational complexes in various states of Australia, each site involving unique opportunities and constraints. Our task was to develop a template for a retirement living apartment complex that could be modified to suit each site’s specific requirements.
Our services required a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements for, and limitations of, each site, as well as the specific building regulations and methodologies in each state. Our primary services included comprehensive site analysis, building planning, stakeholder coordination, detailed design and documentation and construction stage advice. This project was also the first time Select integrated BIM software for documentation procurement.
Our services are continuing with Country Club Villages, with a satisfied client and the first few stages of this long-term project reaching successful completion.
