We were engaged to design a concept for a residential development overlooking Corio Bay.
After confirming the client’s needs and assessing the site constraints, we developed a concept that fully utilised the site while also encapsulating the bay views.
The stunning final design differs in the way it presents at the front and the rear. The front shows a vertical form with decking inside a cube, providing shade and a natural balustrade. The rear takes advantage of 360 degree views, by splaying out towards the bay and providing five viewing decks.
